Note from the Executive Director

With gratitude to Catholic advocates across the state, the Washington State Catholic Conference, the public policy voice of the five Catholic bishops, shares this report on our efforts and successes during the 2025-2026 legislative biennium.

The report is comprehensive but not exhaustive. We share some of our biggest challenges and successes at bringing Catholic teaching to legislative consideration of issues that impact the dignity and sanctity of life in Washington.

We offer this report as encouragement and to highlight the importance of all of us raising our Catholic voice in the public square with our bishops through the Catholic Advocacy Network.

Thank you for your efforts and support as we seek to build a more just and peaceful Washington state.
