Honoring the Dignity of Every Immigrant — Bishop Eusebio Elizondo of the Archdiocese of Seattle speaks to the inherent dignity of every human person, especially immigrants who enrich our communities through their culture, faith, and values. He calls on Catholics to recognize immigrants as vital members of our parishes and society, and urges all to advocate for compassionate immigration reform. Echoing Pope Francis, Bishop Elizondo reminds us that every stranger at our door is an encounter with Christ, and that our solidarity must be expressed throughout the immigrant journey.
